Adding Multiple Logs

Multiple logs are where you have the same data set for different instances.

Step 1. Click create multiple logs

From (+ create a log) at the top right corner click create multiple logs.

Step 2. Fill in mandatory information

Complete the mandatory fields which are indicated by a _____

Step 3. Choose the optional fields that may be needed for your multiple logs

You can add the available optional fields by clicking on the icon as shown below.


Step 4. Fill in the 'Upload for' section.

Fill in the data required in the 'upload for' section for each instance, and use the  to add more

Step 5. Save the multiple logs

Save the multiple logs by clicking the 'Save' button on the top right.
You now have the option of editing any of the multiple logs by following the Edit a Surgical Log instructions
