CPD Certificate - where can I download it?

(effective from 10 October 2019)
Your CPD Compliance Certificate can only be downloaded once you have met the compliance requirements, and will not be available until the end of January the following year when the CPD Diary will be closed.
For your CPD Certificate for any year prior to 2021, please submit a ticket and request one as certificates prior to 2021 can not be downloaded.
To download your CPD Certificate for the previous CPD year, and for the current year (only avail at year's end) follow these steps:

Step 1 Click on the 'CPD Diary' Menu item on the top menu bar


Step 2 Go to the end of the row for the current CPD Diary year and click on the 3 dots (...) in the column 'MORE'

A menu will appear, click on the option 'Download CPD Certificate (pdf)' and your CPD Certificate will download.
