If you have forgotten your password or want to reset it, cannot remember your user name or are having trouble accessing your account, we can assist you

If you know your user name and password but want to change your password, go to www.office.com and log in using your current user name and password. Select your profile on the upper-right side, and then select View account. Select Security & privacy option and then the Password option. Enter your old password, set and confirm your new password, and then select Submit.
