I forgot my password


If you have forgotten your password or want to reset it, cannot remember your user name or are having trouble accessing your account, we can assist you

If you know your user name but have forgotten your password,
1. Go to the RANZCO website and attempt to log in as usual
2. Then select the “I forgot my password option”. You will be prompted to enter your user name and a capture code.
3. A temporary password will be sent to you; either via email or text/SMS or voice call to your mobile phone. Where the temporary password is sent is dependent on where you have previously stipulated it should go. (If you haven’t previously specified where the temporary password should go, you’ll need to visit the password reset registration page to set this up.)

4. Once you receive the temporary password, you’ll need to try and log in again using the temporary password and you will be asked to create a new password of your own choosing.

Please note that if the temporary password is being emailed to you, it may take a few minutes to come through and it may end up in your junk folders so don’t forget to check those. It is recommended that you select SMS/text to Mobile option as this is the quickest and easiest means of receiving the code.
